Return and Refund Policy

If you’ve purchased from the Tried & True Shop and you aren’t satisfied with your product, please let me know. Unfortunately, as a small, one-woman shop, I cannot accept returns on products. However, I am always open to feedback, and I will work with you to find a way to make it better.

If your product was defective or damaged, please let me know within 30 days, and I will supply a prepaid postage label for you to return the product at no cost to you. A refund will be issued to your original payment method upon receipt of the damaged product.
