Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line two sheet pans with foil and place the racks on top of the foil. If desired, spray the racks with a bit of cooking oil to keep the wings from sticking.
Combine all the wing spices in a bowl.
Pat the chicken wings dry and sprinkle the spice mixture all over the wings and toss to coat completely with spices. Arrange the wings on the racks and transfer to the oven for 45-55 minutes, flipping once midway through cooking.
Prepare the Sauce:
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan and place over medium heat until melted, stirring to incorporate all the ingredients. Transfer to a large bowl, reserving 1/3 cup of the sauce for serving.
Broil the Wings:
Once the wings have finished baking, transfer them to the bowl of hot sauce and toss to combine. Turn the broiler on. Return the sauced wings to the racks and transfer to the broiler for 3-4 minutes or until the wings crisp up around the edges and begin to char slightly.
To Serve:
Transfer the wings to a serving platter and pour the reserved sauce on top. Enjoy!
